Capacity Architect
Hi, I'm Karen.
Former Fortune 50 leader, now a Capacity Architect, helping overachieving women escape the expansion-crash cycle for good.
“Grief cracked me open. The nervous system put me back together.”
In 2019, I lost my sister, suddenly and tragically. Grief cracked me open. I no longer recognized the identity I'd been living in, and I knew the life I'd built would never look the same.
I gave myself one goal: to become the source of my own happiness, validation, and worth. So I studied everything: hypnosis, rapid-change modalities, grief education. All of it moved me forward. Something was still missing.
The missing piece was the nervous system. It connected every dot from my past and finally made sense of it all. It showed me my purpose: helping other women build the internal foundation to hold the life and business they're working so hard to create.
What I've learned
It was never a motivation problem.
The biggest thing I've learned coaching women one-to-one: what keeps you stuck isn't motivation, mindset, or strategy. It's what happens when success starts asking more of you than your body feels ready to hold.
Every new level brings more visibility, more pressure, more responsibility. That's exactly when the old patterns show up. Overthinking replaces action. Self-doubt gets louder. You pull back right when things start working.
Not because you don't want it. Because your nervous system doesn't yet feel safe holding everything that comes with it.
The work
I'm not here to fix you.
I help you build the capacity to stay in your success instead of bracing against it, so the next level feels sustainable, natural, and like a place you can actually stay.
I'm not the fixer, and I'm not the healer. I'm the mirror. You already have everything you need; my job is to help you see it, and to clear what was never yours to carry.
